Team "SPJ" Pro-Staff When it comes to "catching" quality "Brown's", Team S.P.J. Pro-Staff will show you how it's done. The following photo's were taken Opening Weekend at Wickiup Resevoir, located in central Oregon. The guy's expressed that the fishing wasn't what they were used to, but it looks like they did alright to me... Nice fish Boy's!
Rick "could have been bigger" Thornton
Rick "I'll Take your money" Palo Me and some buddys headed out for the opener here in Oregon I spent 4 days on the water fishing hard. I got the largest on on opening morning it was 26 inches. My scale broke so no weights the rest were 16-20 inches till the last day.I picked up about a 4 pounder witch I got a picture of with my ac-skinny in its mouth. Ill try and get some pics out. anyway besides me only one of my buddys had any ac"s and the rest didnt seem to care much untill I caught the first fish. thats when all hell broke loose. You see, Being down to only one ac I had just bought the brown package from allen at www.acplugs.com so now the rest of the guys were all over my tackle box. pretty funny Anyway I caught 4 of the 8 on my skinny and all but one fish were caught on ac"s
Here's another little somethin-somethin from one of the SPJ prostaff fishin tech's. a bruiser from Lake BillyChinook, my driver & bait-boy Rick Palo did a good job gettin' me in the fish!
